Furthermore,

Staff shall be held liable for any financial or other consequen ces

arising from such inappropriate, improper or fraudulent use.
2. Moreover,

International reserves the right to initiate any legal action it shall
deem necessary. First Defense International undertakes solely to

which First Defense International deems, on the basis of it's own

and in it's Sovereign discretion, to be appropriate for disclos ure.
